Indian society is a complex mixture of diverse cultures, people, beliefs, and languages which may have come from anywhere but now is a part of this vast country. This complexity and richness give Indian society a unique appearance of a very vibrant and colorful cultural country. But the very same complexity brings with itself complex nature of social problems and issues. Some of these problems have their roots in our colonial past while others are related to demographic changes, socio-political conditions, and cultural processes.
Though several Governmental and non-governmental (NGOs) bodies are working towards improving the existing situation in the social fields but results are not very encouraging.
If we want to make India as a true world leader and a modern 21st country of the world, it is imperative that we make an improvement on our social front.

Medicine: Most of India’s population lives in rural areas. However, over 80 percent of India’s healthcare infrastructure is available in its cities. Lifestyle diseases are on the rise and infant mortality, tuberculosis, and water-borne epidemics are also there. Therefore we need to find new models and steps for inclusive growth in health sector in India.
Agronomics: India is an agricultural country. One-third of our National income comes from agriculture. Our economy is based on agriculture. The development of agriculture has much to do with the economic welfare of our country. How can your innovation do a positive change to the Indian Agriculture system?
Cyber Solution: The rapid growth of the internet and computer technology over the past few years has led to the growth in new forms of crime-dubbed cybercrime- throughout the world. There is much we can do to ensure a safe, secure and trustworthy computing environment. Can you suggest some concrete steps that should be taken to protect individuals’ and companies from cyber criminals?
Techno: Technological innovations like SMS banking and biodegradable plastics can transform lives. There are several campaigns going on in India like Digital India Campaign, Swach Bharat campaign, etc. There may be a lot of technical innovation and ideas that can help to achieve these social goals easily and have critical impact on improving social lives. Do you have ideas for new technologies or ways to leverage existing ones to impact more people?
Drug Addiction: Drug addiction is a problem that has rapidly been on the rise in our society today especially in the youths.The use of drugs by the youth is the result of a combination of factors such as peer pressure, curiosity, and availability. Drug addiction among adolescents in turn leads to depression and suicide in some cases. Drug addiction not only destroys those that use the drugs, but also the lives of people close to the addict.What measures are currently in place to deal with the problem of drug addiction?How can this problem of drug addiction be eliminated in the society?
Child labour: In all the civilized societies all over child labour is condemned as a social evil but the fact is the system is prevalent on a large scale in a country like India. Child labour involves any work that is harmful to children in any aspect that is considered illegal through legislation. From the International Labor Organisation, it is estimated that 215 million children work under unacceptable conditions. These children are between the ages of five and seventeen ,Why child labour still exists and is so prominent ,how to eradicate this practice?
Superstition :Superstitions may become an obsession to a person and make his life a real nightmare, because the irrational fear of what is unknown or mysterious, especially in connection with religion there is a thin line between it and faith.How to educate people and reduce its influence on the mindset of people
