Event Description

St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur, rendering quality technical education in Central India is run by the Nagpur Pallottine Society, part of the International Pallottine Society having its presence in 52 countries.  The College is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Maharashtra and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

The College has a strength of over 2000 students' from different parts of the country, is proactive in the areas of innovation & research, hosting several events to encourage the students'. We are actively associated with e-Yantra competitions, IIT, Mumbai and in 2016 have set up the e-Yantra lab under e-LSI, a collaborative initiative of IIT, Mumbai & MHRD.

Since its inception from 2009, Technex, has been a flagship Annual National Level Technical event held annually attracting hundreds of engineering students' from different parts of the country, is organized by a team of students' and  mentored by faculty members.

Technex 2018 is scheduled for the 24th & 25th Jan. 2018, consisting of different robotics, programming competitions supported by in campus & outreach workshops on different technologies. Year after year; Technex has been evolving in terms of the type of events, prize money, and participations. Participants from IITs, NITs & many other colleges from all over the country take part in the event.

Every event conducted under Technex leaves a mark in everyone’s mind. One of such events in ROBOSOCCER 3.0.

       Robosoccer is an event conducted under Technex since TNX-2k16. In this event, participants build their own robots, which will be specifically designed to play soccer. Participation in Robosoccer is always a great memory as;

  • We provide the best quality arenas for the most entertaining game play. And this year participants we have multiple arenas for the participants.
  • 80+ teams from all over the country compete to win this event.
  • Workshops are organized under the guidance of experts for the participants so that they find it easier to construct their robots.
  • Participants compete with their wired/wireless robots.

         We welcome all the colleges across the country to take part in the event and become a part of our TECHNEX culture.
